Katherine Mayberry at The Rose
PC Shakespeare
Katherine Mayberry, Executive Director of Pigeon Creek Shakespeare Company

Piegeon Creek Shakespeare Company takes the stage this Saturday for a performance of "Romeo and Juliet" as a benefit for the maintanance of The Rose. Shakespeare's classic tragedy closes out this 60th Anniversary Season here at Blue Lake. Tickets and more information are available HERE, and you can listen to a chat with Katherine Mayberry above.

Shakespeare’s beloved tragedy follows two young lovers whose bond blossoms despite the bitter feud between their families. As the young couple pursues love in secret; hope, humor, and youthful passion give way to heartbreaking consequences. By turns lively, tender, and deeply moving, "Romeo & Juliet" will be a memorable afternoon in Blue Lake’s beautiful Rose Theater.

This weekend's performance of "Romeo & Juliet" is a special fundraiser to cover theater maintenance, upgrades, and more.
