Dame Jane Glover conducts this spectacular program featuring some of our favorites including Music for the Royal Fireworks by Handel and Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 3. The concert opens with Spectacle of Light by Chicago-based composer Stacy Garrop which was inspired by Handel and written for Baroque orchestra. The morning's finale will be Haydn’s beloved final symphony, the Symphony No. 104 (“London”).
